The Touch Divine

Beneath the rosy skin a sweet crisp bite,
Tantalizing juices to tease the tongue,
Its tender flesh that whispers in soft white
The forbidden fruit of the ancient song.
Our love denied, a mystery of night,
So oft declared as an immoral wrong,
The sweet moments lost in their tender plight
Beautiful love forbidden for too long.
The joy of loving she, of you and me,
Two hearts that beat as one, Sapphic and free
The sweetest fruit lingers in our embrace
That caresses the soul like a warming wine
All that is wonder caught in a lover’s face
As love reveals it is the touch divine.

Epiphany

The stagnant rules of life were closing in
Beyond their walls I longed to simply be
The doors were locked as voices called: be free
Yet still I heard men say: Your love is sin!
The tears I cried as feelings died again
I hid behind those lies; insincere dreams
My heart denied all senses turned to pain
Each night the only sound: my soul’s lost screams.
But truth of self cannot be locked away
The gift of love’s blessing has no disguise
And love will not be held, kept at arm’s length
When left behind the secret closet doors.
The time of fear has passed in its disgrace
And love is free to feel her warm embrace.

Falling In Love

A bard watching the sunrise,

While her soul tries to reach you,

Nothing feels the same today

In a way it’s not meant to.

For on an old city’s streets

My heart beats a brand new dream

Before I wandered alone

In a toneless, static stream.

Once aimless words dance on keys

As melodies drift unbound

New memories cleanse the old

I’ve been told. Can Love be found?

Where goes my soul in our love

Not with me that I’m sure of.

The Secret Song

The secret song that echoes through the night

With subtle tones that speak of darkest love,

Yet sparkles rainbows in the shower fall.

A tempest brew that has no breath of sea

And feeds upon descending shrouds of black

With tears of grief that mourn the fading sun

Disguising love that once forbade the heart

To cry; at last it sings to you and I,

Across the sky to burn inside our dreams,

Reminding us our souls have joined as one,

In vivid sleep our fingers meet with flesh

And lips can linger on the waking nerves

That long for lust with passion and desire.

And as the song begins its last refrain

This once forbidden love again shall grow.

Transformation

Via Google Images

Eternal doubt confused by self-belief,

Unnatural nature hidden within,

The illusion of love tainted by grief,

As completeness can only be a sin.

Requiring nothing yet absorbing all,

The quest for growth while feeling lost and small,

As mental shadows of a girl reflect,

A boy ponders the thoughts of circumspect.

The two in one intertwine, become whole,

And male/female, now a single essence,

Released to feeling joy’s acquiescence,

In tune with self, with minds, body and soul.

This freedom, long denied by sweet sauterne

An exiled spirit can at last return.

A Question Pondered

English: Love question

So deep within a crescendo awaits,

A seething molten core that cannot resist,

Instinctive sense that passions law dictates,

Now love has its own want since lips have kissed,

Infused awareness twisting, turning fates,

A willing soul is ready to enlist,

This raging fire only Sapphic love placates,

Yet can such love beyond passion exist?

This question pondered in a coffee shop,

While gazing eyes invite a fresh encore,

An enchanted soul caught in magic’s spell,

As the world takes on a different style,

A thought, a deed, all seek a beauty’s smile,

This fire will burn wherever love may dwell.

A Wistful Breath

A wistful look, by James Carroll Beckwith

Image via Wikipedia

A breath awaits the touch to make flesh rise,

To be with you, my lover, my sweet love,

Inviting senses to dance with desire.

With tenderness that claims the sweetest prize,

Your wistful sigh while we kiss for kind of

Too long, but not enough to answer love’s call.

Such pleasure awaits me within your fire,

The ecstasy I seek within your eyes,

As passion lingers then climbs in our sighs.

I feel your hunger reaching ever higher,

Demanding I give you my love, my all,

My heart, pulsating, is at your command,

A shattered breath as we enter free fall,

United within love’s own promised land.

Sonnets Pour Ma Sirene (Sonnet II–Poison and Sin)

I feel your caress take over my mind,

The kiss that calls to something deep within,

And hunger craves lust with poison and sin,

My seething blood is raging to unwind,

Electrifying senses so defined,

Intoxicated by an angel’s grin,

In certainty unity lies therein,

In one kiss, I am lost in your heart’s bind.

Yet found in passion the stud that you crave,

The heart of woman with a soul too brave,

Whose burning eyes flame, kindled by desire,

That wanting that demands all that there is,

Releasing your need in your sensual fire,

There can be no love greater than this.

Pour Ma Sirene

A whisper in the ear as knees grow weak,

The eyes that speak with provocative gaze,

A sip of wine to calm the sensual blaze,

Before honeyed lips, tantalize the cheek,

Awareness lost to a moment’s mystique,

The nakedness of thoughts only amaze

As souls are impassioned by eye displays,

For such is the power that love can wreak.

It is the familiar tango dance,

That leads the body with the mind entranced,

To potent lust, that ends flirtation’s game,

Indulgent kisses calling for romance,

Inciting hearts to take just one more chance,

And offer their senses to candle flame.

Call My Name

Call My Name

In whispered voice, I hear you call my name,

As slow caresses, gather you to me,

Your fingers hold on tight to ruffled sheet

Beneath the brewing storm; a candle flame,

A flickering passion to set you free,

As we kiss, again I feel your heartbeat.

My mouth lingers lazy on your moist lip,

In this moment with no reason to rush

I look in your eyes and see your desire,

You call my name louder, losing your grip,

I savour the taste as your senses flush,

And I sate my hunger on your liquid fire,

In the dimly lit shadows of the night,

The act of love becomes our sacred rite.
